Weekday and weekend rates: the lower rate applies Monday to Friday; Saturday and Sunday are charged at the weekend rate shown above.
Peak season — November and December: every day is charged at the weekend rate, so Resort Overnight is ₱12,000 throughout. Rates drop back to normal on 1 January.
Staying more than one night? Two or more overnights in a row takes 10% off the whole booking — daytours and pool parties are single-day bookings. Each night is priced for its own day, then the discount comes off the total.
What you pay to reserve: half the package rate plus a ₱1,500 security deposit, sent online by GCash. The balance is settled on arrival, and the deposit comes back to you the same way after the check-out inspection. Extra hours, early or late, are ₱500 each when the calendar allows.
Overnight guests keep the pool until morning, and the lights stay on. Day bookings can start at 4:00 PM instead of noon and run late into the evening — ask when you book and we will hold it if the date allows.
One booking at a time means the house, the pool and the parking are yours for the whole window — no other group, no queueing for the karaoke.
The full policy comes with your confirmation and you agree to it when you book. On arrival you sign a one-page Guest Policy Acknowledgement covering the same points. Nothing here is a surprise — it is the same list the caretaker walks through on the day.
Paid online with your reservation and returned by GCash after the check-out inspection. Any lost or damaged item keeps the whole ₱1,500 — there is no partial deduction — and anything costing more than that is billed on top.
Cleaning and laundry after every booking are ours — ordinary mess is expected and never charged. Just bag your trash. The ₱1,000 penalty is only for a mess well beyond normal use, or a stain that will not wash out.
November and December are charged at the weekend rate every day — Resort Overnight ₱12,000, and ₱1,000 more than usual on the other three. Everything returns to the regular rate on 1 January.
Two or more overnights in a row takes 10% off the whole booking, and the villa stays yours right through the day between them — 2 nights is 44 hours, not 40. Daytours and pool parties are single-day only.
Free if you tell us at least 7 days ahead — your downpayment carries over, subject to availability. Inside 7 days there is a ₱1,000 rescheduling fee. Only a no-show, or no word at all, forfeits the downpayment. The ₱1,500 deposit always comes back.
A complaint after 10 PM from a neighbour, the subdivision or the barangay forfeits the whole deposit, on top of any other penalty.
Also no confetti or glitter, no moving the heavy furniture, and no smoking indoors — there are designated spots outside.
If any of your deposit is kept, we photograph what we found at the check-out inspection and email you the photos with the rule concerned. When the refund goes out, you get the transfer receipt too.
Tell us the final number before you arrive. Extra guests are ₱100 per head above the package.
Declare them before booking and supervise them throughout. Please limit them on the beds and sofas — any mess or stain they leave carries the ₱1,000 penalty.
Tell us and we will keep it for 7 days. Courier or return shipping is on you. We are not liable for valuables lost on the property.
